"Cheshire Heraldry") website ("the Website") is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. Martin Goldstraw permits all  parts of the web site to be used by The Cheshire Heraldry Trust.

In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. The purpose of this statement is to explain to you what personal information we collect and how we may use it.

Cheshire Heraldry does NOT gather information from users of this web site automatically. Information is ONLY obtained when it is offered by you and when you decide to provide us with information, for example, when you complete a form on the Cheshire Heraldry website.

We DO monitor this site's access log information and the connection address from the Internet address you are connecting from is automatically included within that.

Cheshire Heraldry does not share this data with third parties. Cheshire Heraldry does not issue "cookies" (these are small files of information which some web sites use to identify its users and also monitor how and when a site is used).
